Terrorism Awareness and Prevention is provided by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Health as a Crime Prevention & Safety Initiative.   Immediately after the tragedies of September 11, 2001, the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) began to receive requests from around the Commonwealth for public awareness training.
