Terrorism Awareness and Prevention is provided by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Health as a Crime Prevention & Safety Initiative.

 

Immediately after the tragedies of September 11, 2001, the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) began to receive requests from around the Commonwealth for public awareness training.

PCCD fulfilled this need by developing the Terrorism Awareness and Prevention training program, which was completed in November 2002.
